Dr. Nati has been a total game changer for me. I started seeing him in the lead-up to hip surgery, and during that time he helped me stay fit, mitigate my arthritis pain, and prepare mentally and physically for the surgery. My recovery was smooth, and I could really appreciate how well he had prepared me – I felt strong, confident, and had a much better sense of my mobility. I regained my strength and conditioning quickly, safely, and relatively painlessly, and have been feeling like I have a new lease on life. As one example, eight months after my surgery, I completed a 21 mile, 10,800’ elevation day hike from Palm Springs to the summit of Mt. San Jacinto, and I felt great while doing it! I attribute my ability to reach the summit to the work I have done with Dr. Nati. He genuinely cares for his clients, is great to spend time with, and has an awesome combination of physical therapy and fitness knowledge. I went to Dr. Nati with the goal to not only become stronger and more confident with my body, but to also create a healthy, active lifestyle that I could stay consistent with.
