I started having Dr. Nati work with my son one year ago to help him assist with his recovery, as my son’s workout schedule was becoming more physically demanding and I wanted him to use every possible opportunity to reduce his risk of injury. Also, just before the start of this current high school football season, my son experienced a concerning back injury. He even had to pull himself out of football practice in preseason due to his pain with kicking. I was incredibly concerned this was an injury that would have sidelined him for part of the season.
