    2. Initial Injury Evaluation (in-person or virtually).

      Here we have the opportunity to effectively screen your injury and start giving you replicable strategies to improve certain positions that cause you discomfort.

    3. Customize your Plan of Care.

      After our initial evaluation, we discuss a plan of care moving forward that makes the most sense for YOU and your goals. We create a scalable road map to get you doing activities you love, pain-free.

Strength + Conditioning

Whether you’re a high-level athlete, a weekend warrior, or someone who just wants more direction in their workout routine, we can design the appropriate strength and conditioning program that elevates your results.

Remote Rehab and Training

I’m grateful I have the opportunity to help people even if we live in entirely different locations. Whether you’re injured or looking for a professional to tailor your workouts, we can use virtual sessions and remote programming to help you get to where you want to be.
